How to use Bing Webmaster Tool ?
Open a Webmaster Tools account :sign in with windows live id to access your Bing webmaster tool.
Validate your website :click Add Site in the Home tool, you’ll see the Add Site tool. From this page, you can add a site to your account.In the Site text box, type the URL of your site and click Submit button. Then you need to verify the ownership of your site. For that you can either Upload an XML file to the root folder or Add a tag to the default webpage.
Once you have added the ownership verification code to your site, click Verify my site now. If Bing Webmaster Tools is able to verify your site, you will see a green text message indicating the effort was successful.
